A Mind & Body Afternoon

Spend a peaceful afternoon unwinding, grounding, and awakening your creative spirit. We’ll begin with a gentle, grounding yoga flow designed to quiet the mind and prepare you for inner exploration. Then move into a mandala art workshop, where you’ll create your own circular, symmetrical design using calming dotting techniques.

Mandalas have long symbolized wholeness, balance, and the connection between inner and outer worlds. The meditative act of creating them encourages mindfulness, relieves stress, and provides a safe way to express and integrate emotions. Rooted in ancient spiritual traditions and supported by modern psychology, this process helps restore calm, focus, and self-awareness.
