Conscious Connected Breath Work

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a method of breathwork that connects the inhale to the exhale, creating a continuous, circular, rhythmic flow. Each breath provides more room for compassion, connection, pleasure, and joy while releasing stuck energy that could be causing hurt and impacting your quality of life. With every conscious breath, you draw in more energy to bring in new possibilities.

Led by

Danielle Brazinski, ATR-BC, LPC, Licensed Professional Counselor, Board Certified Art Therapist, artist, and Certified Breathworker, and Michelle Levinski, LMT, Certified Breathworker, guide participants through a professionally facilitated Conscious Connected Breathwork experience grounded in compassion, presence, and whole-person care.

Journey Within: An Embodied Sound Experience

Sound has been used across cultures as a pathway to awareness, presence, and inner connection.

This 90-minute immersive experience invites you to arrive, soften, and settle into deep rest through a blend of embodied movement and restorative sound.

We begin with a short period of gentle yoga and breath awareness to support the nervous system in transitioning out of mental activity and into presence. From here, you are guided into supported rest as crystal singing bowls and a variety of sacred, resonant instruments create a soundscape designed for deep relaxation and inner awareness.

You are invited to simply receive - allowing sound and vibration to move through your being and support your personal inner journey.

You are also invited to rest in moments of quiet and notice what arises internally, without expectation.

Each experience is unique. You may notice deep rest, emotional release, clarity, or a quiet sense of reconnection with yourself.

Sacred Rhythm: A Conscious Dance Journey

Sacred Rhythm is an invitation to reconnect with the wisdom of your body and the rhythm of your soul. Through an intentionally curated musical journey, you'll explore conscious movement as a pathway to release, self-discovery, healing, authentic expression, and joyful play.

Free from choreography, expectations, and judgment, this experience encourages you to move in whatever way feels natural and true for you. Whether your body longs to sway gently, move powerfully, dance playfully, or simply be present with the music, you'll be supported in following your own unique rhythm.

Together, we create a welcoming space to let go of what no longer serves, awaken your inner vitality, connect with community, and experience the freedom that comes from moving authentically.

This two-hour journey concludes with a guided integration meditation and group energy healing, allowing you to absorb the insights, shifts, and energy of the experience while grounding into a deeper sense of balance, connection, and inner peace.

Come as you are and discover the medicine that emerges when movement, music, presence, and play come together.

Observation, Connection & Intelligent Assisting

Observation, Connection & Intelligent Assisting

Observation, Connection & Intelligent Assisting is a hands-on workshop designed to help yoga teachers move beyond simply seeing poses and begin seeing people.

Learn how to recognize movement patterns, identify compensation strategies, observe stability and effort, and better understand what the body is communicating beneath the surface. Explore how breath, nervous system responses, fear, confidence, and physical organization influence the way students move and learn.

Through discussion, observation exercises, partner work, and practical application, you'll develop the skills to offer assists that are thoughtful, effective, and responsive to the individual in front of you. Rather than applying the same approach to every student, you'll learn how to make intelligent decisions based on what you observe in real time.

This workshop is ideal for yoga teachers, teacher trainees, movement professionals, and dedicated practitioners who want to deepen their understanding of human movement, improve their ability to connect with students, and create a more supportive and transformative class experience.

Whether you are new to assisting or looking to refine your teaching skills, this workshop will help you develop greater confidence, clarity, and presence as a teacher while learning how to support students with purpose, precision, and care.

Summer of Sound- A Moksha Expressive Arts Series- Sound Check

Soundcheck

The Opening Event of the Summer of Sound Series

The evening opens with a one-hour yoga practice, creating a shared foundation before transitioning into an interactive musical experience. Rather than simply attending a performance, participants are invited to become part of it through rhythm, instruments, singing, listening, and shared play.

No musical experience is necessary. The goal isn't to perform perfectly, but to create a welcoming environment where people feel comfortable exploring, participating, and connecting with one another.

As the opening event of the Summer of Sound series, Soundcheck establishes the tone for everything that follows. It invites participants to experience creativity not as something reserved for artists or performers, but as something that belongs to everyone.

Spirit of Play: Laughter Yoga & Sound Bath

An afternoon of Active + Rest.

What begins with a moment to lighten up with laughter, closes with a full sound journey guided by Chuck Piliero and Sarah Paz Hyde. Give yourself permission to pause, before retuning into the “everyday world.”

Lighten up with Laughter!

We begin the afternoon by activating our funny bones with goofiness, giggles and play. Sarahaahahaaaa invites us to a place where “fake laughter” becomes real, and the body, mind & spirit enjoy the benefits of connecting with the breath in this unique way. Enjoy “structured” improv that includes, you guessed it, laughing, light movement, eye contact, and a healthy dose of silliness! I guarantee you’ll leave feeling brighter!

Rest. Relax. Restore.

Chuck and Sarah close the afternoon with in invitation for deep relaxation. Our time together is infused with the melodic, shamanic qualities of the gong, handpan & ngoni; and interwoven with vocalizations and an assortment of instruments & sounds inspired by the natural world – the 5 elements of Air, Wind, Water, Fire & Aether – we will travel between stillness and motion to invite more balance within.

Yoga & Art for Mindful Transformation Workshop- A collaboration by Moksha & Hastakala by Herbiznet

Yoga & Art for Mindful Transformation

A Mind & Body Afternoon

Spend a peaceful afternoon unwinding, grounding, and awakening your creative spirit. We’ll begin with a gentle, grounding yoga flow designed to quiet the mind and prepare you for inner exploration. Then move into a mandala art workshop, where you’ll create your own circular, symmetrical design using calming dotting techniques.

Mandalas have long symbolized wholeness, balance, and the connection between inner and outer worlds. The meditative act of creating them encourages mindfulness, relieves stress, and provides a safe way to express and integrate emotions. Rooted in ancient spiritual traditions and supported by modern psychology, this process helps restore calm, focus, and self-awareness.

Light refreshments will be served.
Investment: $55
No prior yoga or art experience is needed — just bring a sense of curiosity and adventure.
