Who we are
At the Heart of Moksha
Moksha Yoga & Embodiment Arts is a sanctuary for restoration — a space to breathe, reconnect, and rebuild.
Whether you come to heal from injury, build strength and endurance, regulate your nervous system, or rediscover your sense of self, you’ll find support that honors your whole being.
Our Philosophy
We are a collective of teachers and practitioners guided by the belief that healing begins with awareness.
In a world that often pulls us away from our center, Moksha offers space to pause, explore, and restore balance — body, mind, and spirit.
“Moksha” means liberation — freedom through embodied understanding. Here, that freedom looks like self-acceptance, curiosity, and connection. It’s the breath between effort and ease — where the body learns to trust again, where you begin to move with your own rhythm, and where the process of healing becomes an act of remembering.
Our work blends yoga, functional movement, and therapeutic bodywork to support the body’s natural intelligence — restoring balance, building strength, and helping you return to optimal function after injury, stress, or imbalance.
We honor both the science of anatomy and the art of presence.
Each practice, each breath, each moment on the mat or table is an invitation to rediscover what it feels like to belong — in your body, in your life, and in community.
This is a place to breathe again.
A place to rebuild function and find freedom.
A place to remember that you are already whole.
Welcome home.
